Recommended Use

Mix 1 serving (28 g, 1 scant measuring spoon = 2 heaped tablespoons) with 250 ml water and drink twice a day.

On training days, drink one serving within 45 minutes after workout, and another one between two meals.

On rest days, drink 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
